Update v21.20: Replaced Temple Bloom with Shuffled Shrines.Grab the artifact for a reward in the form of Bars but be careful when leaving, once you take the artifact, you trigger a boulder which can eliminate you if you don't outrun it. The temple is home to a golden artifact of Tomatohead which can be found in a room behind the locked door within the puzzle room.
